I’m Tiffany, founder and principal designer of Tricott Design.

My path into design wasn’t particularly linear and I think that’s shaped the way I create. I’ve designed and renovated homes, worked alongside builders and trades, painted, created, moved across countries, raised a family, and learned that the spaces we live in have an incredible influence on the way we feel.

For me, good design has never been about filling a room with beautiful things. It’s about how you live inside it.

I’m drawn to spaces that feel collected rather than decorated. Natural materials. Art. Texture. Restraint. Something unexpected. A little imperfection. Rooms that evolve with the people who live there instead of feeling frozen in time.

Today, Tricott begins a new chapter in Southern California, bringing years of design and renovation experience to homes throughout North County San Diego and beyond.

My approach is collaborative, intuitive and deeply personal. I want to know how you start your mornings, where everyone lands at the end of the day, what you love, what you’ve collected and what you want your home to feel like.

Because the best interiors don’t look like the designer.

They look—and feel—like the people who live there.
